Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eduba’s school website platform. By using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eduba’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), which are provided by LogicGlide Global Solutions Limited (“LogicGlide”, “we”, “us”). Eduba is the product name we use for this Service. By creating an account, using the Service, or accessing a school website powered by Eduba, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change, and we may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. The Service

LogicGlide provides Eduba as a set of tools for schools to build and manage public-facing web pages, upload and organise content (such as images, videos, and documents), and administer school information. Features may vary by plan. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is a security risk or breach of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation, or in a way that infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property and privacy).
  • Upload or distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications through the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Service in a way that overloads our infrastructure or breaches our technical limits, except as we expressly permit (for example public APIs we document).
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a school or organisation.
  • Use the Service to host or promote unlawful, hateful, harassing, or exploitative content, or content that exploits minors.

We may remove content or suspend use that we reasonably believe violates these rules or creates risk for users or the platform.

5. Your content and school responsibility

You retain ownership of the text, images, videos, documents, and other materials you upload or publish through the Service (“Your Content”). Between you and LogicGlide, your school or organisation is responsible for having the rights and consents needed to use and display Your Content, including personal information about staff, students, and families where applicable.

You grant LogicGlide a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service (for example delivering your pages to visitors, creating backups, and resizing images). You may remove Your Content from the Service subject to technical retention and backup practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that Your Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish about fees, admissions, and other school matters.

6. Platform rights and intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interfaces, templates, branding, and documentation (excluding Your Content), is owned by LogicGlide Global Solutions Limited and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, fees, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method through our payment processor (e.g. Paystack). Payments are processed subject to their terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for taxes where applicable.

Unless we state otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation process we provide. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur. We may change or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where we can.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicGlide Global Solutions Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) where no fees applied, a nominal amount permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify LogicGlide Global Solutions Limited against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where feasible).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete or retain data in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts in Nigeria have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country.

14. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and LogicGlide Global Solutions Limited regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
